Do you ship to Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia etc?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For customers based in South America, please note that we can easily ship to a US-based freight forwarder company.

How fast do you ship?

For all in-stock items (our website shows stock), we ship out the same day. Please note the following:
For orders with USPS Shipping, all orders received by 8 AM (ET) are shipped the same day. Post Office (USPS) Pickup is at 11AM.
For orders with UPS Shipping, all orders received by 1 PM (ET) are shipped the same day. Any UPS orders received after 1 PM (ET) will be shipped out the following day. Our UPS pickup is at 4 PM (ET).

I do not have access to a computer. Help?

I already know exactly what items I need. How do I order quickly?

Use our Search Function to pull up the products you’re looking for. You can search by product name, manufacturer name or item number.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. As of January 2019, we also accept Apple Pay both in-store and online.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All shipping charges are calculated automatically based on item weight, destination zip code and country

I see Free Shipping on your website. However, shipping is being added when I proceed to Checkout. What gives?

Some items (saddle pads for example) are not eligible for Free Shipping.

When I see something in in Stock, i.e. 1 in stock or 2 in stock, does that mean it is ready to be shipped?

Yes. Un-equivocally yes. However, there are some (extremely rare) cases when that item might have been sold at just around the same time at our brick-and-mortar store in Wellington. You can always “Live Chat” with us to double check or just call/text us at 561-228-8883.

I am unsure about what size to order? Can you help me?

Use the LiveChat feature on our website or call/text us at 954-383-1599. We can certainly assist you with selecting the correct size.

I wear a Size xxx in Brand A. What size would I wear in Brand B?

We get this question quite a bit. Over the years, we have a good amount of expertise on the sizing of different equestrian brands. We can definitely assist you with picking the correct size. If the size does not fit, you can return/exchange.

Why do I not get Free Return Shipping?

Please understand that we are a small business. Unlike the “big box” and “chain” stores, we are unable to offer you Free Return Shipping. We pride ourselves on bringing you personalized service (you will never get an operator when you call us) and the finest in equestrian equipment.
