EASY NO-HASSLE RETURNS
Wrong color? Wrong size? We understand things happen, that is why TACKNRIDER is dedicated to making the returns process simple for you. Just return the product back to us (with all the original packaging) for a refund or exchange. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns in addition to deducting the Shipping Charges.
First, a few details:
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components (including tags).
- Items have to be in NEW condition with original packaging and tags.
- Lost your receipt? No Problem, we can look your purchase up.
- In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, TACKNRIDER reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
We reserve the right to refuse used merchandise.
We do NOT accept SALE merchandise back under any circumstances. Please understand that marked-down and clearance merchandise can NOT be returned or exchanged. CUSTOM orders can NOT be returned or exchanged.
WHAT ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED
The following items can NOT be returned:
- Special Order Items
- Custom Order Items
- Items on Sale (example: Sale)
- Any Helmets
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
To avoid return shipping costs and speed up your refund, you may return merchandise to our Wellington store. If you choose to mail your return to TACKNRIDER, we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs for returned merchandise. Please note that outgoing Shipping Costs will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to deduct up to 10% restocking charges as well.
We allow 15 days for returns. If you are going to be out of town or need longer time, please contact us to make special arrangements.
We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in. Please address the return package to:

We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us for a truly flawless return.
After we have processed your return and issued a refund, you will receive an email. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 5-10 days after you receive the notification email.
