One of the questions that we get asked quite often is: How Fast Do You Ship?
We do not want to give you a long answer, so here it is: Right Away! What does that mean? For any in-stock product that is ordered by 3pm, it goes out the same day. What you select for shipping purposes, whether it is UPS Next Day or UPS Ground, is not relevant to how quickly we process your order.
We like to delight our customers. When they receive their order within 3 days, they are pleased! Mission Accomplished. Unlike other companies, we do not make promises we can not keep.
Short Answer is: Do not be surprised to see an email notifying “Your Order Has Shipped” within minutes after placing your order.
Here is the fine print: Custom Orders are exceptions, understandably. Rarely, a frequently purchased item may have been purchased in-store. In that case, we will advise you immediately.
