Be sure to give us all necessary information, including daytime phone number, so we can fill your order correctly and promptly. We honor VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Checks (See Below) or Paypal. We ship all in-stock orders promptly same day. However occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturer delay. Check are deposited on receipt of order.
We do not accept SALE merchandise back under any circumstances. Please understand that marked-down and clearance merchandise can NOT be returned or exchanged. CUSTOM orders can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases during the Dec 1, 2016 – January 1, 2017 period, the return period is being extended to Jan 15, 2017.
If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in new and unused condition (with the original tags) within 7 business days and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Shipping Charges for both ways will be deducted, in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
The following items can NOT be returned:
- Special Order Items
- Custom Order Items
- Sports Bras (any underwear in general)
- Items on Sale (example: Bargain Basement)
We require partial (at least 50%) payment in advance prior to processing custom orders. NO returns/refunds/exchanges on Custom and special Orders.
Shipping and Handling
We normally ship using UPS and USPS Priority/Express Mail. Shipping is FREE for most orders over $99 in the US. Certain exclusions apply to Free Shipping. For international orders, we use USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express. Be sure to give your complete street address. Orders Weighing more than 50 Lbs are subject to possible additional charges. All charges are calculated automatically based on weight of total order.
