What Does Round v Long Oval Mean For Head Shapes?

Not every head is shaped the same. Some are round, some are more oval. A round head measures almost identically front to back and side to side. Long Oval Shaped Head is longer front to back vs side to side.

What is MIPS?

MIPS is NOT a safety standard. It is an additional safety layer incorporated inside the helmet’s construction that provides extra protection particularly against angled impacts.
