The Samshield XC Jumping Helmet (XJ) is the latest Samshield Helmet for the show jumping riders. The XJ Helmet is built on a pure Carbon Fiber External Shell. The carbon fiber material lends the helmet its optimal strength/weight ratio.

Size Chart
The Samshield XC Helmet comes in 2 Shell Sizes: Medium and Large. Each shell size can be customized with the inner liners ranging from Size 6 5/8 (53) to Size 7 5/8 (61)
Technology with good looks
With a strong focus on using the best technology available, the Samshield XC Jumping Helmet also comes equipped with good looks. It features a clean design with no unsighly holes for ventilation.

Liners
Just like all other Samshield Helmets, the Samshield XC Helmet also offers 2 styles of liners. These liners are detachable and washable. By default, the helmet comes with XC Closed Liner. If however, you prefer the XC Open Liner, please mention that in the comments of your order.
With this system, it is also possible to follow the growth of a young rider.
2 inner foams (liner) are available:
• Liner “Closed” (closed at the level of the forehead): brings additional stability
• *Liner “Open” (open at the level of the forehead): ensures optimal airflow
Delivered with a removable and washable inside comfort liner (clip system fixation) + a transport backpack.
Incredible Internal Airflow
Equipped with two front air inlets, the XC helmet provides exceptional ventilation. Fresh air is channeled from both the front entrance under the blazon as well as the channel obtained by the unique concept of no contact on the rider’s forehead*.
Fresh air expels the hot air to the back extractors around comfort foam (liner), making impossible sweating!
This concept generates a strong internal airflow avoiding the need for visible and unsightly air inlets.
