The Walsh Soft Touch Orange Foam Bit is a new bit that is useful with foam enveloping over a nylon strap. The nylon straps attach to the rings providing a mild reaction upon application of pressure. While the bit was originally designed for horses with very sensitive mouths, it has achieved lots of success in a variety of different horses.

The bit is available in 3 size. Sizes are as follows:
115 mm (4 1/2″)
125 mm (5″)
135 mm (5 1/3″”)
Small Amsterdamer –
I’ve been training horses for a long time. Only recently decided to try this bit on a fussy mouthed horse who always bites hard in the bit, tilts head etc. it worked a treat. He loved it. Now in normal snaffle he’s 10 times better.
