Flex-On Composite Stirrups Ultra Grip are a revolutionary concept with a classical foundation. The Green Composite Stirrups from Flex On are made of polyamide material. The design of these stirrups incorporates “elastomers” which enable shock absorption.
The Inclined Ultra Grip serves two advantages:
- The “spikes” (Ultra Grip) made of hardened steel enable a non-slip grip. The “spikes” grip to the bottom of your boots providing superior adhesion to the stirrup.
- The Incline allows better foot positioning. Better positioning enables better posture.
Simply speaking, these stirrups will prevent you from losing the stirrup. The shock absorption is especially important because of the impact on landing. The “elastomers” of the stirrup absorb the impact, not allowing transfer to the ankles or knees.
The stirrups’ traditional and classic design makes them a good fit for use in jumping, eventing, hunter, dressage and polo.
Lower impact means LESS fatigue
Because the design of the Flex On Stirrups incorporates effective shock absorption, this leads to less wear and tear on the muscles and joints. Riders using the Flex On Stirrups have reported a marked decrease in the post-riding fatigue. The impact of the Flex-On technology is highly positive for the overall health and performance inside the ring.
Please note that the stirrups come with the double sided “Flex-On” magnetic stickers. However, you can replace these with the flag of your country (USA, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Great Brittain, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Guatemala, Spain and Brazil are readily available). If you would like your own custom stickers (maybe your Barn or Company logo), we can do that as well. Just send us a note.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Easy to clean. These stirrups can be cleaned with water.
From The Manufacturer
Designed from an organically sourced polyamide material, the Green Composite stirrup is designed on the same model as the Aluminium Flex-On Stirrup. It can be cleaned with water and is therefore easier to maintain. It is aimed at a wider range of riders.
While providing improved technical performance in terms of shock absorption and ergonomics (a specific feature of Flex-On), it still has an Aluminium frame to reinforce the plastic part. The Green Composite is positioned as recognized quality at a competitive process.
